This is one of our most requested—and most impactful—packages for clients who have inspiration but want expert guidance to turn ideas into a polished, cohesive reality. Whether you’re planning a wedding, corporate event, milestone celebration, or nonprofit gathering, our Signature Design Experience transforms inspiration into an intentional, elevated experience.

If you have a Pinterest board or even just a vision in your mind, we begin by understanding your goals, style, and priorities. We refine your inspiration and translate it into a thoughtfully curated design plan. From color palettes and florals to rentals, linens, staging, and overall visual storytelling, every element is chosen with purpose—so your event feels unified, refined, and unmistakably YOU.

Our design process also includes a customized floor plan—so you can clearly visualize how your space will look and flow well before the event. This ensures décor placement, guest movement, and key moments work seamlessly together.

Wedding & Event Coordination

Looking for a celebration that feels effortless, joyful, and completely stress-free? Our Wedding & Event Coordination service is designed to give you confidence, clarity, and total peace of mind—so you can fully enjoy the experience you’ve worked so hard to create.

Approximately eight weeks prior to your event, Divine Events by Rayna steps in as your dedicated coordination partner. We take everything you’ve planned and ensure it is executed seamlessly, thoughtfully, and exactly as envisioned.

From that point forward, we manage all final details—checking in periodically to keep planning on track, reviewing timelines and vendor contracts, refining design elements, and conducting a venue walk-through to confirm logistics and flow. We coordinate rehearsals when applicable, oversee the entire event day, assist with manage setup and teardown, and bring your vendor team together to ensure everything runs smoothly.
